iFood: e-mails

Challenge

iFood is the biggest food delivery app of Brazil, and has a very specific way to communicate with its users. As part of the UX Writing team, I had to create a few e-mails to engage the users in actions as food donations and other events.

Solution

iFood's tone and voice is very fun. However, some e-mails had serious messages, and we wanted to keep it all light, but still semiformal.
