Nutrien: UX Writing guidelines

Challenge

The ContentOps team is responsible for creating content guidelines for all product designers at Nutrien. The main challenge here was to navigate these guidelines without the marketing team, that was still being structured. 

Solution

When I first arrived at Nutrien, the job was already started with Abigail Oliveira and Nataly Lima. I was filling Nataly's role, as she left the company. With my partner, we created a few simple UX Writing guidelines to maintain product consistency throughout the Nutrien platform. It was all documented using Confluence, the company approved system.
