Braskem: Frequência Radar Podcast
Challenge
To spread knowledge about the Chapter's work and to show the importance of futurism in the company, Frequência Radar was created, a limited audio series with four chapters in podcast format, with host, co-host and guests. With topics related to the environment and the day-to-day lives of Braskem members, a simple but information-rich language is necessary, as well as thorough research into the subjects.
Solution
With the help of the Radar Chapter at Braskem, I was able to create a default script that could be adapted and used to organize and create every episode.
For each episode, a detailed script, with research, indications and directions to be followed, in simple, direct and informal language. With a concise and cohesive narrative, four episodes were organized and structured in such a way that all participants would have their moment to share, and host and co-host would have complete control over the subjects to be covered, as well as the freedom to explore ideas and put their own personal touch on them.

Scriptwriting

Script
I created a default script, so it could be used at every episode (and other types of media, if necessary). It contained markings and directions on tone and voice, and bullet points to indicate changes and direct the conversation.
I kept all the notes and directions as suggestions, so that the conversation wouldn't sound forced or artificial. Host and co-host would be able to add and subtract their own points freely.
Host and co-host dynamics
To balance the performance of both host and co-host, I separated each moment of speech with a color. In this way, I was able to keep the presence of each in the episode balanced. I also marked the moments when the guests were given the floor.
All the participants in each episode received a copy of the script this way, and were able to add their own notes, observations and ideas.
